1- PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment for the booked activity, whether it's a guided dive, a PADI course, a Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experience, or a snorkeling excursion, must be made to 100% through our website. https://www.zeusdivecenter.com/. We accept payments by credit or debit card (except American Express). The reservation will be considered confirmed once the online payment is completed.

2- REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

ZEUSTEAM is committed to offering maximum flexibility in cases where it is necessary to cancel or reschedule booked activities. The refund and cancellation policies for online and in-center bookings are specified below.

3- REFUND POLICY

• Any deposit made to access digital materials or request pre-course theory is non-refundable once the material has been issued, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is communicated.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance: no refund will be given.
• Cancellation between 3 and 6 days before the booking: 50% will be refunded from the amount paid, less any applicable online transaction fees.
• Cancellation at least 7 days in advance: the full amount will be refunded, less any applicable online transaction fees.

If you are unable to attend the activity on the scheduled date, the activity may be rescheduled, subject to availability, up to 12 months from the original date.

4- CANCELLATION POLICY

• In the case of diving courses or packages not completed due to the client's decision (unless a supporting medical certificate is presented), no refund will be given.
• ZEUSTEAM reserves the right to reschedule dives due to adverse weather conditions, guaranteeing the safety of our clients in these cases.
• In the event of cancellations made by ZEUSTEAM for any reason, the cancelled activities may be rescheduled or, failing that, the corresponding amount for the activities not carried out will be refunded.

5- SHIPPING POLICY

ZEUSTEAM manages booking confirmations and the allocation of spaces for water activities. Once the online booking is made and payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an electronic booking confirmation, which must be presented on the day of the activity at our facilities. As this is a digital service, physical delivery policies do not apply, and the customer will receive all necessary information digitally.

6- CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making their booking and must notify any relevant changes in their health that could affect their participation in water activities. For diving activities, a prior medical check-up is recommended if there have been any changes in their health.

7- MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ZEUSTEAM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective from the moment they are posted on our website. We recommend that you review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
