SCUBA DIVING COURSES

If you dream of exploring the depths of the ocean, experiencing something unique, and immersing yourself in a fascinating world beneath the waves, you are in the right place.

Discober Scuba Diving

Discovery Scuba Diving will allow you to try diving to see if you like it. During the Discovery Scuba Diving experience, you will learn how to use scuba equipment in shallow water and get a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.

You must be at least 10 years old.

SCUBA DIVER

Do you have little time and an urgent need to become a certified diver? The Scuba Diver certification might be for you. This course requires less time than the Open Water Diver course, covering only the first three sections of knowledge development, resulting in a certification limited to a depth of 12 meters.

You must be at least 10 years old for a junior certification.

OPEN WATER DIVER

The Open Water Diver course is the most popular course in the world and has introduced millions of people to the adventure diving lifestyle. The Open Water Diver course consists of three phases:

  • 5 Knowledge development sessions (online, home study, or in a classroom) to understand the basic principles of diving.
  • Confined water dives to learn basic diving skills.
  • 4 Open water dives to review your skills and explore.

You must be at least 10 years old.

ADVANCED OWD

The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your diving skills so you can feel more comfortable in the water. This is a great way to get more dives while continuing to learn under the supervision of your Instructor. The course builds on what you have learned and develops new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun diving.

  • Underwater navigation + deep diving and three adventure dives of your choice.

You must be at least 12 years old and an Open Water Diver.

NITROX

The NITROX Diving course is the most popular diving specialty course in the world, and it’s easy to see why. Diving with NITROX gives you more no-decompression dive time, which means more time underwater, especially on repetitive dives, and less fatigue after diving.

EFR

As one of the leading international companies in CPR and First Aid training, this training gives you the confidence to respond to medical emergencies, not only in the diving world but also in your everyday life with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.

Emergency First Response courses cover:

RESCUE DIVER

Building on what you’ve already learned, this course expands your knowledge on how to prevent problems and how to handle them if they occur. Most divers find this course both challenging and rewarding, and at the end, they often say it’s the best course they’ve ever taken. What will you learn?

  • Self-rescue
  • Recognizing and managing stress in other divers
  • Emergency management and equipment
  • Rescuing panicked divers

Internationally Certified Dive Training

"I took the Advanced course with them, and everything went great. I was very pleasantly surprised by their level of professionalism. Miguel and Salva are two instructors who know how to bring out the best in you with dedication, commitment, and great kindness. Without a doubt, I will dive with them again when I return to the island."

Ismael

"Fantastic experience! The instructors are very approachable, professional, and friendly. The diving experience, if you've never done it before (Discovery Dive), is great. They take you to a beach with no currents or waves so you can learn, and once you gain confidence, you dive in deeper areas and are given quite a bit of freedom while they still keep an eye on you. In short, 100% recommended."

Raúl Skelly

"This dive school is highly recommended. This is where diving truly comes to life. The entire team puts their heart and soul into it and lives the sport of diving. They welcome you like family, which is what sets this Dive Center apart. I hope to see it again."
